I used to earn my living as a highly paid consultant, designing computers for race cars. Oh, it only sounds like fun. The truth of the matter is that I only got paid well when I worked hard. No paid vacations. No sick pay. Well, I got tired of that kind of hand-to-mouth living and decided to invest in real estate.
What did I find? You guessed it -- real estate investing is all about the numbers. Regardless of the type of investing you do, you have to be good with numbers. More than that, you must have a fundamental understanding of where the numbers come from and why one number is better than another. That last part is the hard part.
This is where my services come in. Together we find an investment property in Georgia, preferably metro-Atlanta, and then I'll analyze the numbers for you. I'll apply my experience and analytical training to your potential investment property. I'll even advise you on how to analyze the numbers yourself. And once you've acquired the property, I'll connect you with resources to help you with property management. In exchange, if you decide to purchase the property, I ask that you use me as your real estate agent. That's where I earn my living. And since it's traditional for the seller to pay all real estate commissions, my services usually don't cost you a penny!
